4. Self-Exclusion
4.1. In accordance with our self-exclusion policy, you can terminate your account at any time, provided that the balance in your account is zero. Self-exclusion requests must be sent by email from the email address you registered with on our Website to the support team at [email protected].
- 4.1.1. We will not be able to apply the self-exclusion policy to your account if your balance is positive. Please ensure that you have withdrawn all your funds before submitting a self-exclusion request.
- 4.1.2. We will not be able to apply the self-exclusion policy to your account if you have at least one open bet.
4.2. Upon an email request from the Client, we will offer several periods to choose from. Your account can be suspended for 1 day, 1-week, 1-month, 6-months, 1-year, or 2-years periods. To proceed with this process, we will require an email response where you explicitly mention the preferred duration of self-exclusion. Stating the reason for self-exclusion in your request is mandatory.
4.3. During the period of your choice the access to the account shall be totally restricted.
4.4. If there were promotional offers carried out during the self-exclusion period, then we will not be able to recover them if the account is reactivated after the self-exclusion period expires.
4.5. Once the self-exclusion policy is applied to your account, it will stay in place until the requested period expires. It will not be reversed or decreased for any reason.
4.6. When the self-exclusion period expires, you can ask us to restore access to your account. To do so, contact our support team at [email protected] and provide us with detailed data about the account you would like to reactivate.
4.7. Even if you request the permanent deletion of your account information, we are obliged by Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to retain certain user information for several years. As a result, we cannot delete all information about your account permanently and immediately.
